Day 17 - Croatia

Arrived in Croatia today after an overnight ferry ride. It was actually quite fun. The ferry departed at 9pm and we arrived at Hvar around 6am the next morning. After a brief stop, it was onto Split. The coastline is beautiful and the islands are all very green and relatively flat compared to the Aeolian Islands in Italy.

In our seats on the ferry

On the deck singing songs with the crew

View of Hvar in the background

Coming into Split (as you can see it was a bit windy!)

Hi Bec,
Thanks for updating the blog, the photos are fantastic. Is it possible for you to get any browner?? You're both looking so relaxed and happy which is wonderful. I can't imagine what Croatia will be like so can't wait to hear more. The coastline looks beautiful. Where are you staying now? Are you with Veronika's family.
We are all well. A busy week in Melbourne with work. Off to Sydney today to do Sunrise with a client tomorrow. Noodle kicking lots and my tummy is now sticking out quite a bit. The lady in the post office asked me if I was pregnant on Friday. First person to ask!
Mikey is well and looking after Mack while I'm away. Mack sat on Mike's lap in the car the whole way home from the farm on Sunday. Crazy!
We'd love to call you in Croatia so sms us your number when you can.
Lots of love Gil and Noodle

looks like your having a pretty amazing time. Brings back many good memories of our trip to Europe last year but alass reminds me how damn far away it is. Nothing has changed at wdg.... same old same old. When do you get to London? I think you should stay in the sun as long as possible :) Take care xx
