Day 14 - Aeolian Islands (Stromboli)

Today we caught the ferry from Salina to Stromboli. Stromboli is an active volcano and the best way to see it is from a boat. We paid 20,00 euro for boat tour around the island and the views were spectacular. Unfortunately when it came time to swim, there were heaps of jellyfish so we just stayed in the boat to avoid the dramas of being stung. Once we returned, we took a dip in the shallow waters near the port and it was beautiful.
